Describe the location, what is happening, when it happens, and how it affects the area. Keep private addresses and identifying information about other people out of a public post.
A concern submitted to this independent platform would first be reviewed for the proper jurisdiction. It would not automatically become a government service request or a public allegation.
Keep service needs and shared issues distinct
A broken streetlight may need a direct service request. A recurring pattern across an area may also need a researched issue page or community petition. Multiple messages about one event should not be counted as separate incidents.
