City of Joliet
Cesar Cardenas
District 4 council member
What this office does
City council members act on city policy, budgets, ordinances, and development decisions. District members represent a district; at-large members are elected citywide.
Official records are the place to verify a specific vote, meeting statement, or contact detail. An office being on the ballot does not establish that the current officeholder is running.
